Policy Regarding Application Fees

Phoenix Baptist Hospital's PM&S 36 program accepts applicants from all accredited schools of podiatric medicine in the United States. The applicant must comply with the AACPM CRIP process.

As of 2005 Phoenix Baptist Hospital's PM&S 36 program will interview at the Central CRIP in Chicago, Illinois. The application fee is in a step-down process. For the 2005 interview the fee has been reduced from $45 to $30 and by 2006 there will be no fee to interview.

At this time applicants who are not granted an interview will have their application fee returned. If the applicant is granted an interview, but fails to schedule an interview at the CRIP the application fee is forfeited by the applicant.
