To equip physicians with access to the medical record wherever you are: at home, in the office or in the hospital, Baptist Health System is implementing Citrix , a NEW single sign-in gateway to the physician portal.

If you do not currently access the portal via Citrix, you will need a password, which can be obtained by speed dialing 21 or calling the Help Desk at 297-8721 (Option 1).

The Citrix activation process is easy:

            Step 1:   Click on the Physician Portal Gateway Icon (Replaces "Stargate" log in)
            Step 2:   Log in to Citrix
                          User name – Your physician ID
                          Password – Call 297-8721 (Option 1)
                          (if you don’t already have a Citrix password)
            Step 3:   Select Portal from the icon list
            Step 4:   Follow instructions to activate the Citrix sign-in
